my hair grows gray hair back in a few weeks....i use those mens 5 minute hair color..... will this cause any baldness, diseases, etc in the future? after all it is a chemicals inside right?

I heard on TV a few months ago that you can get a cancer called lymphoma. Best bet is to switch over to a temporary dye since these don't cause the cancer. Plus harsh hair dyes can eventually lead to balding.
