well, not if you know the right beautician. i saw this man come in with hair sticking out of his nose and his ears, kind of looked like gizmo. anyhow, he got the wizard of oz treatment. they dyed, styled and moussed him all for the low price of 29 dollars.
he didn't have a gray hair visible that i could see.
