Hair dye, or I pluck em out! I know that's so bad, but I can't help it. If I see it in the mirror, I yank it out or buy some dye at the store.

I use L'Oreal Feria hair dye every other month or so. I did my whole head a few years ago and now I just do the roots. It does a great job to cover the grays in my dark brown hair. If you do your whole head every time your hair could become fragile. I also make sure to put vaseline around my hairline and on my ears before I put the dye on, it makes it easy to wipe off any excess dye that may seep on to my skin.
