Correcting blue hair?

I wanted to go platinum and stripped all color from my hair. It ended up crayola yellow. No problem. Blue/violet toner. But now my hair has is blue/gray. How do I get it out and back to platinum?

if it is a platinum color already, but bluish, just go get the clarifying shampoo from matrix essentials (available @ salons). this will take out a lot of that blue tone and leave the color blonde.

dye it dark brown and keep going a shade lighter until you get the color you want

Use a platinum blonde hair DYE, not hair toner. And you probably left the toner in too long.

I would suggest going to a professional hair colorist to fix your hair for you. it might cost a little more, but it will most likely be worth it. good luck!!
