I've been developing gray strands of hair on my head for a couple of years now - due to excessive stress, worries, and indulgences.
My question really is: Can gray hair turn back to black (as in my case) via a healthier diet, minimilizing stress and/or other routes?
The same goes for balding, which I haven't reached quite yet (credit: God).
wang?

Your hair will def. not turn back to black and will almost def. not grow back (the exception being if you are going bald from alopecia, in which there's a small chance it'd grow back). Btw, stress and indulgences isn't a proven reason for hair turning gray, it's just time for your hair to turn so it does, thusly you're not going to reverse it. It's time to get out the hair-dye, sorry.

sorry, but your gray hairs can't turn into black magically, when you have grey hairs, your just stuck! the only way you could turn it back to a simple black color is by dyeing your hair black or try temporary hair color sprays.the spray bottles are in beauty supply stores or at sally's.It all there.Just recommending you this because when you dye your hair, your using harmful ingredients in there,so temporary sprays are easier and better to use. Also their not so expensive like other products.
hope this helps
alana:)

To be totally honest with you .i have a 14 year old son and he has white hairs between a bush of pitch black Chinese hair .People tend to say that it is a sign of intelligence .What I know is that the day he discovers that he can date with confidence is the very same day that i go all out grey.
