Why do men think that women actually LIKE facial hair?

My friends agree with me that our men would look so much younger and cleaner if they were clean shaven. My husband is 45 and has a goatee and moustache. A lot of gray kinky hair is part of it, and he just looks WAY older than he is. I LOVE him very much and would prefer not to tell him that I don't like it, as he doens't criticize my appearance. But, gosh, I wish I could

see him without that hair! I would like to kiss his LIPS, not his moustache!

I am one of those women who is on the fence when it comes to facial hair. Some look great with it and some look better without.

My husband has it and I had him shave it off once and it was strange. He didn't look like himself and he was very uncomfortable without it.

He was totally against shaving it. But I had proposed to him that if he shaved it once for me and he didn't like it I would never make him do it again. Needless to say he didn't like it one bit. Seeing how happy I was that he actually did it, and me seeing how unhappy he was that I had asked him to shave it in the first place. We came up with a compromise so we could both sorta have what we wanted...

He keeps his facial hair but it has to be kept maintained and on the shorter side. Works great because I still get to kiss his lips and he keeps his hair. Try something like that... It may surprise you both. He may wind up loving his look without the facial hair. If not try to compromise with your husband.

Some guys look better with facial hair than others. I don't have long hair on my face, but not shaving for 2 or 3 days does not diminish my handsome looks...lol. Just like hair on top of the head....some look good with out and some don't.

i love men with facial hair. It adds character. my ex husband always had facial hair. he shaved it once and it was so odd. he did not look like himself. but it was his face so i did not care if it had hair or not. i loved him for him and not his looks.
