ok i have darkish brown hair! but Now that it is summer it is more light brown! last time i got blonde highlites at the sallon it made my hair look gray! so wat color should i highlite's should i get in my dark brown hair. two of my freinds say i should get my hair highlited like a darkish brown/redish color?!?! please help it is much apreciated!!!!!!! Thankx

I have darkish brown hair too, I tried highlighting it reddish, I went to Cost Cutters, they did a horrible job. But my advice what ever color you go, if you got a magazine of a model with the color, take it with you and show them how you want it to be looking like. Go to a barber who you trust or you know from a friend or relative.

I have dark brown hair. the highlighting is so overrated why dont you try doing the top half of your hair light brown and the bottom half dark brown. That is being different not following everybody highlighting their hair.

you should go with a dark golden blonde high light or a golden auburn.
