I am wondering if it's possible for young children to grow with gray or white hair, instead of a natural color like blonde, red, brown, or black.

Albino children can grow white hair, and other children can grow with streaks of grey hair. i had streaks of grey hair when I was little and they eventually went away, and therse nothing wrong with your child if they do. However if they're albino they are more easily sunburned and go blind easier than other people.
